Resep Bihun Goreng Simple

One of the perks of joining some cooking/baking groups is finding interesting posts that can inspire you. I wasn't thinking about cooking the vermicelli that I kept for at least a week in the kitchen cabinet until I saw one post on a facebook group.

It's just an easy stir-fry recipe, but it really made me and my tummy happy.
Stir-fried Vermicelli

Ingredients:
  • 2.6oz (75gr) dry vermicelli
  • 2 C (480ml) water
  • 1/4 C (60ml) chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • Chilli or chilli pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • salt, sugar, and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp sweet soy sauce
Instructions:
  1. Boil water. Cook vermicelli for 3 minutes (stirring occasionally), strain, put in a bowl filled with chicken broth. Set aside.
  2. Add in vermicelli and chicken broth. Season & taste. Keep stirring until chicken broth is completely absorbed.
  3. Stir-fry garlic until fragrant, add chili pepper and green onions, stir a little bit more.
  4. Add in eggs, stir vigorously until completely scrambled.
Best served immediately. For 2 persons.
