Moist Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients:
A:
A:
- 1 1/2 C all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
B:
- 1/2 C castor sugar
- 2 whole eggs + 1 egg yolk
C:
- 1 C baked pumpkin puree
- 1/2 C vegetable oil
- 1/2 C whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Sift all A ingredients, set aside.
- Beat all B ingredients until sugar dissolved.
- Whisk in C ingredients into B mixture
- Pour liquid mixture into A ingredients, beat well.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 20-25 minutes
Note:
Beat the batter using manual whisk or electric mixer at lowest speed
