Moist Pumpkin Cake | Cake Labu Parang



Moist pumpkin cake that I baked in autumn 2014

Moist Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients:
A:
  • 1 1/2 C all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
B:
  • 1/2 C castor sugar
  • 2 whole eggs + 1 egg yolk
C:
  • 1 C baked pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 C vegetable oil
  • 1/2 C whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Sift all A ingredients, set aside.
  • Beat all B ingredients until sugar dissolved.
  • Whisk in C ingredients into B mixture
  • Pour liquid mixture into A ingredients, beat well.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 20-25 minutes
Note:
Beat the batter using manual whisk or electric mixer at lowest speed
