Coconut Milk Cookie

Bahan-bahan / Ingredients:
- 1 Cup (220gr) margarin - margarine
- 1 1/2 Cup (150gr) gula halus - confectioners sugar
- 2 kuning telur - 2 egg yolk*
- 1/3 cup (80ml) santan kental - thick coconut milk/coconut cream
- 1 sdt ekstrak vanilla - 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Cup (140gr) terigu srba guna - all purpose flour
Skip the egg yolk if you're a vegan, the texture of baked cookies will be slightly crunchier.
Cara Membuat / Instruction:
- Kocok margarin dan gula sampai creamy - Cream margarine and sugar
- Masukkan kuning telur, santan kental, vanilla extraxt, dan lanjutkan mengocok sampai rata. - Add egg yolk, coconut cream, & vanilla extract, continue beating or whisking until perfectly incorporated.
- Tambahkan terigu, aduk dengan spatula - Fold in flour using a spatula
- Bentuk sesuai selera menggunakan sendok ataupun spuit bunga - Shape as you wish
- Simpan dalam kulkas selama minimal 15 menit - Keep in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Panggang di oven di suhu 120°C yang sudah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu. Waktu pemanggangan sekitar 15 menit bisa juga lebih, semua tergantung bahan loyang dan ukuran kukis yang Anda buat. Biarkan dingin dan simpan di wadah kedap. - Bake in a preheated oven at 250°F (120°C) for around 15 minutes. Let cool, store in an airtight container.
