Saussage & Cheese Savory Muffin


I always like when a meal has milk and cheese as it's ingredients, they make food taste better. If you also like cheese like I do, then I'm sure you'll like this recipe.

Savory Muffin (Saussage & Cheddar)

• Mix in a large bowl:
- 1 C all purpose flour (120gr)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- salt & pepper, 1/4 tsp each
- 1/2 C grated cheddar cheese (75gr)

• Whisk in a mug, pour into flour mixture, stir well:
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 C milk (120ml)
- 1/4 C vegetable oil (60ml)

• Stir fry, add into flour mixture, stir well:
- 1 Tbsp  butter
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 oz chopped sausages (100gr)
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano

step by step in how to make the savory muffin
  1. Fill up muffin tray with dough, top with grated cheddar cheese, chopped sausage, & a dash of oregano.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at   350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes just until they turn golden, not golden brown.

Makes 6 medium size muffins
